Oxypite is the holder of National Manufacturer, Maintenance and Supplier Licence issued by the Gauteng Gambling Board.

Compliance

All software is designed to local and international specifications.

Rigorous testing is undertaken by BMM Compliance, whose compliance specifications are used by over 300 regulated gaming jurisdictions around the world.

The software is certified in accordance with the Gaming and Gambling specifications of the National Regulator for Compulsory Specifications (NRCS).  The NRCS administers a compulsory specification for the control of gaming devices and related apparatus in South Africa.  The specification sets compulsory requirements for safety, fairness, security and reliability of gaming and bookmaking apparatus.  The NRCS is appointed to perform these functions in terms of the National Gambling Act (Act No. 7 of 2004).
